1. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Once your payment has been verified, we will process and ship your order within 2 business days.


2. Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you can immediately contact our customer service at +6016-925 6756 before we proceed/shipped out your order. 


3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order is submitted, we begin processing it immediately so we can get it to you fast! During this time we cannot add or remove items, or otherwise modify or cancel your order.

4. Why do I need to register an account ?

Registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you, as we would already have with us your billing and shipping details. It also allows you to keep track of your current and past order, and payment status.

5. By registering, will I automatically receive updates on new arrivals and any ongoing sales and promotions?

No, not unless you sign up to our newsletter. By signing up, you will be the first to know of our arrivals, exclusive discount, promotions and flash sales.

7. How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

We makes deliveries every working day (Monday - Friday) excluding every Saturday and local public holidays (Malaysia).

If order submitted before 11am, order will shipped out on the same day. If we receive order after 11am, order will shipped out the next working day. 

Ex: Orders made on Friday, after 11am will only be shipped on Monday.

8. What is the difference between READY MADE, PERSONALISED AND CUSTOMISED ORDER?

READY MADE are money packets delivered to you, as-is, as per the original design.

PERSONALISED ORDERS are our ready made money packet designs, personalized with a small gold-stamp featuring your preffered name, for example Hanis & Fathil, Sarah & Family, or even The Wowsome Team. The stamps are on the back of the money packet.

CUSTOMISED ORDERS are custom-made money packet designs of your choice. You could choose your own material/texture, colour, design and thickness of paper- or we could recommend you based on your preference!

9. What delivery options do you provide?

We offer the following:

     1. Pos Laju to Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah/Sarawak

     2. Same / Next day delivery within Klang Valley ONLY

     3. Pick up from our office in Kelana Jaya (By Appointment Only).

10. Can I do pick up with Lalamove Service?

Yes, you can directly whatsapp us for us to arrange the Lalamove delivery or else you also can arrange the Lalamove delivery by yourself. But you need to inform us the pickup time.

11. I’m not from Malaysia but I would like to make a purchase. How do I go about this?
