With smells of baked butter kuih raya, freshly cooked ketupat, and sensationally spiced rendang wafting through the air, Hari Raya eid-ul-Fitr is a special occasion many Muslims look forward to. 

The tradition of gifting and receiving “Duit Raya” is a tradition that many look forward to. This year, LYPATAN has designed a new set of Raya packet design series called The Elana Series for you to give out your duit raya in. 

The Elana Series were inspired by iconic architectural designs from homely structures, from fancy bedazzling castles to cozy homes filled with love. This set consists of a mix from the following design:

1. “Carrara Marino” - Classical herringbone tiles arrangement brings back the nostalgia of growing up and being at home. The marble designs and hints of gold from CARRARA MARINO represent the luxuriousness of being around loved ones.

2. “Elemental” - Refers to the foundations that forms an essential or typical feature. In this particular ELEMENTAL design, we are reminded of tiles to warm your feet at home, a place where we are looking forward to going to this Hari Raya.

3. “Glacie” - Inspired by fairy-tales and the sprinkles of pixie dust sparkles, GLACIE incorporate dashes of snowflakes. Finished with the shining silver stamping, it gives a hint of magical feeling that would make your Hari Raya more special!

4. “La Fleur In Blue” - Designed with the inspiration from ‘fletching’ aka the tail of an arrow, LA FLEUR BLUE represents accuracy and stability, most of which is associated with our feelings of homes. We also added final touches of glistening gold lines to bring out the elegance.

5. “Linea In Blue” - Featuring a simple blue marble design as the base, LINEA BLUE includes gold intersections and gold-stamping for the ultimate decadence. Elements of grand and classic castles portrayed many times from old fairy-tales are also echoed in this design.

6. “Stellar” - Inspired by starry nights that guard elegant castles perched on a mountaintop, STELLAR features these celestial gas spheres. These luminous volumes also represent the night elements of the holy month of Ramadan.
